Kujo 1998

Yesterday our wiener dog passed on to doggie heaven. Kujo was a ferocious man-eating pit bull trapped in the body of a “mama’s boy” dachshund and never knew how to get out. Cindy and I got him for our one-year anniversary in 1997. The photo here was taken when he was just a little pup in ‘98.

Kujo traveled this land broad and deep on many missionary journeys, taking the Gospel to America’s most discarded hounds and other wild beasts. He ran with the big boys; Dobermans, Akitas, Poodles (miniature of course), wild turkeys, rabid squirrels, gutter rats… well, anyway, he was a wonderful pet who served his family well and we will miss him dearly.

Kujo, you ran your race, you finished your course. You honored the canine code and fulfilled your responsibility in the Great Commission. R.I.P. little guy!
